- Distance Learning Delivery
Delivery will normally be by Royal Mail Recorded. We will post the first
pack of course materials either the day after payment (or first instalment) has been
received; or after 10 working days in the case of cheque payments; or when a special order
for the course chosen has been received in by KeyNet.

- Distance Learning Cancellations
- Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 an
individual has the right to cancel within seven working days of
receipt of goods or seven working days from commencement of agreement for
services.
Cancellations to be made in writing to KeyNet. This right to cancel does not apply
to orders for Cassette Tapes, Video Tapes or CDs which have been
unsealed or personalised items.
Please note that all of KeyNet courses are services and the self study packs are goods.

- Payments by Credit and Debit Cards
- We accept all major credit and debit cards and we do NOT
charge the customer any extra for using these - with the following 2 exceptions:

- If a company wishes to pay using a company card we will then
pass on the charges. (For example a NatWest credit card issued to KeyNet would be a
company card). Please enquire about this if you are in any doubt.

- Should a customer who has paid for a course by credit card
decide to cancel the course and request a refund then the fees we have been charged by the
card company for both the initial transaction and the refunded transaction will be
deducted from any refund which may be due together our own administration charges.
Payments from overseas / by
CHAPS /SWIFT
Any customer
making a payment from overseas and choosing to do so through CHAPS
or SWIFT is responsible for the charges for making the transaction
by one of these methods. Please
add the charges to the amount paid through CHAPS / SWIFT in order
that we receive our course fees in full.
